Cooler Motor Winding is very easy, in this post we have told how you can wind a 24 slot Cooler motor in 3 speed. Nowadays, this motor is used in most coolers. Whenever the summer season starts, we need a cooler and then these Cooler motors are Rewinding because these motors are mostly defective during the summer season.

24 Slot Cooler Motor Winding Data.

 The Cooler Rewinding, such as how many PITCH  will remain in the 24 SLOT cooler motor, how many turns will be made, which wire number will be used, how the connection of its winding will be, everything has been told in detail in this post.

Core Length And Diameter?

The core length is 1 inch, INNER DIAMETER is 3 inches, OUTER DIAMETER is 5 inches.

Cooler Motor Capacitor

You can install capacitors from 4Mfd to 6Mfd, where the voltage will be low, you can install a capacitor of 6Mfd where the voltage is full as in the urban area where you can install a capacitor of 4Mfd,

The Motor Rpm will be 1440 and will have RPM of this motor and this motor will work on 2 Pole.

 3 Speed Winding Normal Coil.

When winding the cooler motor, keep its pitch 1-4. And put 150 turns with 29 number wire, which will be in 1 to 4 PITCH, and in 1-6 Pitch, you have to rotate the same coil twice so that its turn will be 300.

3 Speed Cooler Motor Winding.

In COIL with speed in 3-speed cooler winding, you will first take 32 number wire, and first, you will put 40 ton from 32 number wire after that one LOOPE will be extracted, then 60 turns will be put by same 32 number wire. After that, the 29 number wire will be taken and 100 turns will be put from that 29 number wire.

Starting Winding Coil Turn And Data.

When we rewinding starting winding of the cooler, you use 32 number wire, and in 1 to 4 PITCH you make 160 turns, and in 1-6 PITCH, you rotate the same COIL twice so that its turn will be 320.

Cooler Motor Winding Connection.

In Cooler Connections you will pull out 6 wires, the Blue wire will be common wire, and white wire will be SLOW-SPEED, and Red wire will be MEDIUM-SPEED, and Black wire will be HIGH-SPEED. And besides this, there will be two (2) more wires which will be the stars of Capacitors Wire.
